He will be a Judge again this year, for the second time, and will be doing a live stream cooking demonstration the night of the event. He will be doing the Appetizer round demonstration!

He became sole owner of Five Senses Restaurant in January 2011 and now also owns Steakhouse 5 and the newly opening Five on Black Kitchen and Spirt House. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, he specializes in southern flare!
